During the scheduled maintenance window, the Tricefy 4 application, including patient links, may be temporarily unavailable for a period of time. Any examinations in the queue for Tricefy 4 will automatically be uploaded to the account when the maintenance has completed.

Changes to the Receiving Tier (used by all Uplinks) will require a short period of downtime. The expected downtime is less than one hour.

The destination IP addresses used exclusively by Uplink versions 4.0 and newer will change. Most installations utilize DNS (hl7-receiving.trice.io) but may require firewall changes in customer networks.

Currently, as seen on https://www.tricefy.help/help/network , there are four IP addresses in use: 54.229.153.78, 52.213.41.86, 54.171.0.176, and 54.72.5.235.

Some details:

The first two addresses (54.229.153.78, 52.213.41.86) will be removed and the remaining two (54.171.0.176, 54.72.5.235) will be in operation. The domain names receiving.trice.io and hl7-receiving.trice.io will both resolve to the same addresses (54.171.0.176, 54.72.5.235).

We will be making a configuration change in Tricefy, in response to an update coming from athenahealth systems. Attempts to utilize single sign-on from athenahealth during this brief window may be unreliable.

We are pleased to release Tricefy 4.0.131!

What's new:

  • We now prevent the browser from "auto-filling" fields in Adaptive Reporting.
  • Searching by a date will now show the patient date of birth in patient results, instead of their last study date.
  • Cleaning up preliminary reports that were inadvertently duplicated while copying a study.
  • Adaptive Reporting templates may now specify a measurement unit type (e.g. grams, or ounces) for data presented from Structured Report files, which will be presented in the desired unit.
