Trice is monitoring the issue. Results and worklist may not work for Tricefy customers with Athena interfaces until the Athena system is fully back online.
We will be performing updates on our database tier, which could take up to 4 hours.
During the scheduled maintenance window, the Tricefy 4 application, including patient links, may be temporarily unavailable for a period of time. Any examinations in the queue for Tricefy 4 will automatically be uploaded to the account when the maintenance has completed.

Behind-the-scenes updates to systems
We will also release Receiving Tier with version 2.2.9. We made some performance and handling improvements. A brief interruption may occur during this update, which will not affect Uplink uploads.
We are experiencing some issues processing uploads. Image uploads and other requests are successful but are not being processed and made available in customer accounts. We are working to resolve the issue and expect files to automatically show up once the system has caught up.
Tricefy was experiencing scaling issues.
